Gala Dinner and Celebration
	"The Residences" group gets "Developer of the Year" Award.

	Touristic Developers Association honors american team for their work in Baja.
	The Residences got the "Developer of the Year" award, last night (Wednesday October 3rd.) during BCMP's Gala Dinner, celebrated at Villa Saverios restaurant. The second annual award was presented by Gabriel Robles, president and founder of the Touristic Developers Association (Adetur), and by Alejandro Moreno, Baja California´s Secretary of Tourism.
	The team received the prize while stating that their winning mark was being the first to develop in the Tijuana-Rosarito-Ensenada coastline, since the area is full with new high-quality developers nowadays.
	Alejandro Moreno is recognized for six years of support for Baja´s tourism industry.
	The Secretary of Tourism, Alejandro Moreno, who will leave office in 28 days, received an award from Adetur, too, as being a great supporter of the industry. Moreno said that the real work is done by the developers, like the Awarded team of The Residences, and his office is just a companion.
	The award was presented by Adetur´s Gabriel Robles and Javier Godínez, CEO of Imacor and the Baja California Meeting Point, host of the gala dinner.
	Triple event announcement.
	During the event, the Mexican Association for Retirement Assitance (AMAR) announced the first annual 2BAlive, congress to be held in may for the benefit of the developers of retirement communities. AMAR's event will follow the lead of BCMP and will take it to the whole mexican country through the promotion of retirement communities for the growing market of retirees from all over the world. BCMP, the 4th edition was also announced for October 2008. Villa Saverios invited the attendees to the 7th. Villa Saverios Golf Cup, that will benefit the non-profit organization Pasitos, to be held on October 12th, 2007.
